Confidential Search Process
For the next 30–45 days, the project will remain confidential. At this stage, candidates selected for the interview process will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving details about the client’s identity.

Site Leadership Search – Managed by The ExeQfind Group
The ExeQfind Group will lead the search for the site leadership role, which is pivotal to the success of this greenfield operation. The ideal candidate will bring:

This position can be structured on either the U.S. or Mexican payroll, and the selected candidate may reside in either country depending on legal status and eligibility.
