Since 1998, Carlos Acosta has been supporting client organizations involved in moving product domestically and internationally in support of manufacturing products and the sale and distribution of commodities ranging from raw materials to food. Carlos supply chain recruitment experience ranges from materials and inventory control to purchasing to logistics and warehousing.
Carlos is one of our most accomplished recruiters with experience in the dynamic US and Mexico border region. His supply chain and logistics recruitment experience has ranged from individual contributors to senior department heads for roles at logistics service providers, warehousing, and manufacturers based in either the US or Latin America.
Carlos has dual citizenship in both the US and Mexico and is bilingual in English and Spanish. His language and cultural experience, along with his interactions with hiring stakeholders worldwide, have provided him with deep experience working across cultures internationally.
Carlos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Mexico.
