Xochilt has extensive experience in talent acquisition across key areas of modern agriculture, food and beverage production, agribusiness, and AgTech. She has supported client organizations focused on various agricultural sectors, including vegetable seeds, row crop inputs, seed genetics, Wagyu beef production and distribution, agricultural equipment, and related technology, among others.

Xochilt’s recruitment career begain in 2006 and her consultative approach to client engagements have led to a long successful track record of placements for specialists to mid and top-level management.

Having been born and raised in Chicago, Xochilt has dual citizenship in both the US and Mexico. She is fully bilingual and bicultural, which has contributed significantly to her success in leading search assignments for agribusiness clients across the US and Mexico.

Xochilt earned her Bachelors degree in Business Management from the Universidad de Guadalajara and she resides full-time in Guadalajara / San Diego, and part-time in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and San Diego, California.
