Warren completed an HR Manager search in 1998 that served to be his first placement within the human resource function.  Since then he has completed a wide range of HR, compensation, Total Rewards, and people leadership placements from individual contributors to executive level search.

Warren’s industry experience relative to the HR function includes agribusiness, ag technology, industrial, aerospace, automotive, medical device, maquiladora / nearshoring, professional services, and hospitality.  Warren has led and participated in strategic HR search assignments in support of greenfield initiatives throughout North America.

Warren’s strong bicultural experience includes prior Board service to international executive search organizations and a current Board role with an international logistics service provider.  He is an honorably-discharged veteran of the US Navy, is a Certified Diversity Recruiter, and holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from Hawaii Pacific University.
