Atlanta
Warren’s knowledge and experience of the ag and food value chain began in his early years growing up on a farm in the southeastern Georgia town of Blackshear. He gained his early work ethic and an appreciation of agriculture working with tobacco, corn, poultry, swine and cattle; as well as membership in the Future Farmers of America (FFA).
Warren made agribusiness and ag technology a significant part of The QualiFind Group’s service menu as early as 1999 when he founded The QualiFind Group. Since then, he has supported search and recruitment projects ranging from functional specialists to executive leadership in virtually all areas of modern agriculture.
Having an appreciation for working across cultures and world travel, Warren served as the Practice Leader of the Agribusiness Search Practice for IRC Global Search Partners and also served on their Board of Directors. Warren has led and collaborated on agribusiness and ag tech searches in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions of the world.
Warren currently serves as a Board member for an international logistics service provider. He is an honorably discharged veteran of the US Navy, is a Certified Diversity Recruiter, and holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology.
