Clint Carruth leverages three decades of experience in copywriting, creative direction, creative team leadership, and branding to support client needs for key talent in advertising, broadcast media, film production, and corporate identity. He has worked on searches spanning core marketing functions—such as brand and product marketing, demand generation, digital/growth marketing, communications/PR, content and social—as well as creative disciplines including creative direction, copywriting, graphic/digital design, video/motion, and related studio/production roles. In these assignments, Clint partners with hiring managers and HR teams to clarify role requirements, translate business needs into practical candidate profiles, and manage the search process from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, selection support, and offer-stage close—helping organizations secure talent aligned to both skill needs and brand standards.
