inQuest Consultores merges with The QualiFind Group & The ExeQfind Group…
We are proud to announce the addition of a new branch office in Santiago, Chile which is the result of a merger between Santiago-based inQuest Consultores with The QualiFind Group and The ExeQfind Group effective May 24, 2021.
Launched in 2002, inQuest built a stellar reputation as serving both the professional and technical recruitment space as well as retained executive search in both Chile and other countries within Latin America.
Senior recruiter Mariela Brasca will lead the new professional recruiting practice in Santiago under the direction of managing partners Pia Puebla and Isabel Walker. Pia and Isabel will lead the retained executive search practice within The ExeQfind Group. The inQuest consultancy will be changed to focus on providing compensation strategy and human resources consulting for Latin America and will be led by Isabel Walker.
This merger leverages almost a decade of collaboration between inQuest and both The QualiFind Group and The ExeQfind Group and further strengthens our capacity to serve clients from North America to South America. Our new team members in Chile will join our team in Mexico and Brazil in expanding our sector expertise, recruiting bench strength, and cultural fluency across Latin America.
“Boutique recruiting firms are well positioned to provide talent acquisition services across the geography of Latin America. Over the past 20 years, we evolved our recruiting practice similarly to what The QualiFind Group and The ExeQfind Group have done. Given the relatively smaller market segment versus that of North America, we developed our practice to provide both professional and technical recruitment as well as having search consultants that can serve the executive segment of the talent market”, said Mariela Brasca. “We have worked with Carlos Acosta and Warren Carter which earned our mutual respect, our trust, and shared values that have made this merger possible. Together we are gaining a larger footprint which will benefit our clients in Latin America in many ways from the expanded strategic resources and expertise to the ability to access hidden talent across Latin America,” added Mariela.
Carlos Acosta stated, “Having Pia and Isabel as new partners along with the expanded capacity to serve our clients across the Americas is already proving beneficial. Coincidentally, a few days after establishing this merger we were engaged by a long term client in need of establishing a salesforce across Latin America. The timing proved perfect to get our new team onboard to serve this client serving the industrial market. It has been a pleasure to collaborate with Pia and Isabel during the past decade and I’m confident we are now on to providing a more seamless service to our clients across Latin America.”
Sao Paulo-based Fabiana Zanini added, “I look forward to working with Mariela Brasca in the same way we have partnered with The QualiFind Group team in the US, Canada and Mexico. Our recruitment clients in Latin America appreciate us as a highly competent and culturally diverse recruiting firm.”
