He is widely regarded as one of the firm’s leading experts in talent acquisition of specialist to functional leadership talent for maquiladora and nearshore manufacturing environments.  Carlos has successfully led a broad range of search assignments spanning Director-level to specialist-level roles, including Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Trade Compliance, and other key positions. His experience includes complex, multi-site recruitment initiatives supporting greenfield plant launches, brownfield expansions, operational scale-ups, and turnaround efforts.

In addition to individual placements, Carlos has managed and coordinated search and recruitment campaigns tied to new facility openings and large-scale expansion projects, ensuring organizations have the infrastructure leadership required to support growth, compliance, and cross-border reporting requirements.

His dual U.S. and Mexican citizenship, combined with full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, uniquely positions him to bridge cultural and operational differences inherent in multinational manufacturing environments. Carlos’s bicultural fluency allows him to effectively advise U.S., European, and Asian-based corporate leadership while simultaneously building trusted relationships with Mexico-based stakeholders.

Carlos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Mexico.
