Carlos Acosta began his recruitment career in 1998 focused on supporting industrial organizations and has a long track record of completed search assignments for specialist individual contributors to senior management of multi-site operations.  Carlos’s experiences include multinational enterprise organizations, the Fortune 200, private equity to small closely-held manufacturers.

Carlos is one of our leading search consultants with talent acquisition experience in the industrial / manufacturing industry in both the US and Mexico.  He leads The QualiFind Group’s multi-role talent acquisition services in support of greenfield and brownfield projects in both countries.  From Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to one off search assignments, Carlos is well equipped to grasp the most challenging search mandates.

Carlos is a native of Chicago, speaks English and Spanish fluently and has dual citizenship in both the US and Mexico.  His cultural experience has made him a valuable resource for hiring stakeholders worldwide with industrial business operations throughout the Americas.

Carlos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Mexico.
