Carlos Acosta has 26 years of experience leading and managing a broad array of human resources-related search and recruitment assignments.  Carlos’s track record of completed searches includes functional specialists and individual contributors for Director-level roles in all areas of people leadership, organizational development, and human resources.

He has led complex, multi-role recruitment projects in support of greenfield, brownfield, expansion, and turnaround initiatives which in many cases begins with building out the human resources function and leadership for the new entity.

Carlos is one of our leading experts in supporting recruitment of human resources talent for maquiladora / nearshoring operations in Mexico.

Carlos has dual citizenship in both the US and Mexico.  His experience leading HR search assignments include roles involved in cross-border industrial operations which leverages his bilingual English and Spanish fluency, emotional intelligence as well as his bicultural skills in working with clients and candidates alike.

Carlos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Mexico.
