Carlos Acosta is one of our most experienced search consultants for almost every engineering discipline.    He has been engaged in supporting industrial clients with engineering talent since 1998.  His engineering placements range from individual contributors to senior management in mechanical, chemical, electrical, metallurgical, structural, design, industrial, and aerospace fields, as well as in key specialty areas that are difficult to find.

Carlos is one of our leading experts in supporting talent acquisition for engineering and technical roles for maquiladora / nearshoring operations in Mexico.  He has extensive experience leading the talent acquisition initiative for greenfield and brownfield projects in both the US and Mexico.

Carlos has dual citizenship in both the US and Mexico and is bilingual in English and Spanish.  His language and cultural experience, along with his interactions with hiring stakeholders at the corporate level of maquiladora organizations, have provided him with deep experience working across cultures worldwide.

Carlos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Mexico.
