As the Practice Leader of The QualiFind Group, one of Carlos Acosta’s most aggressive growth goals is partnering with other consultants in both The QualiFind Group and The ExeQfind Group to expand our ability to serve client organizations within the broader Agricultural and Food Value Chain.  Carlos has been instrumental in supporting clients in agricultural inputs, precision ag, ag tech, field crop genetics, irrigation, bio-packaging, meat processing and fruit and vegetable produce.

Carlos is one of our most accomplished search consultants, possessing deep experience in the robust agricultural and agribusiness markets in both the US and Mexico.  His extensive industrial background has also overlapped very well in working in ag production and processing environments across North America.

Carlos is a native of Chicago and has dual citizenship in both the US and Mexico.  His fluency in English and Spanish, along with his cultural experience has made him a valuable resource for hiring stakeholders worldwide with agribusiness-oriented business operations in the Americas.

Carlos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Mexico.
