Carlos Acosta has over two decades of experience leading and managing a broad array of finance and accounting-related search assignments.  Carlos’s track record of completed searches include Director-level to specialist-level roles in such functional areas as Controller, Cost Accountant, FP&A Analysts, and others.  Additionally, he has led complex accounting and finance searches for multi-site recruitment projects in support of greenfield, brownfield, expansion, and turnaround initiatives.  Carlos is one of our leading experts in supporting talent acquisition for finance and accounting roles for maquiladora / nearshoring operations in Mexico.

Carlos has dual citizenship in both the US and Mexico.  His experience leading finance and accounting searches include roles involved in cross-border industrial operations which leverages his bilingual English and Spanish fluency as well as his bicultural skills in working with clients and candidates alike.

Carlos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Mexico.
