Warren launched The QualiFind Group in 1999 with two industrial client organizations in Southern California providing search assignments to begin growing the search firm.  Since 1999, Warren has worked closely with his partner in the firm Carlos Acosta to grow the industrial practice for both The QualiFind Group and The ExeQfind Group.

Warren has supported industrial organizations from every corner of the world with manufacturing operations in the US, Mexico and/or Canada.  Warren found that The QualiFind Group’s niche in serving both domestic and multinational organizations with cross-border operations to be an exciting niche to serve.  He has served multinational enterprise organizations, the Fortune 500, and private equity to small closely-held manufacturers.

Warren is one of our leading search consultants with both professional recruitment and executive search experience in the cross-border industrial / manufacturing industry in both the US and Mexico known as maquiladoras or nearshoring operations.  He has overseen complex RPO type recruitment projects for greenfield and brownfield projects in both countries.

Warren currently serves as a Board member for a Los Angeles-based international logistics service provider.  He is an honorably discharged veteran of the US Navy, is a Certified Diversity Recruiter, and holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology.
