Warren held regional sales leadership roles at freight forwarding and customs brokerage firms prior to starting his career in recruitment that served to give him an insight into trade compliance from the service provider’s side of the desk.  After starting The QualiFind Group in 1999, he has completed many successful searches for importers and exporters needing trade compliance specialists and leadership talent.

Warren’s experience supporting trade compliance search mandates include those involving Foreign Trade Zones, CTPAT, and the various Import Compliance and Export Compliance programs.

Warren is one of The QualiFind Group’s most accomplished search consultants with experience supporting the trade compliance needs of maquiladora and nearshoring operations between the US and Mexico.

Warren gained strong bicultural experience serving as a Board member of a global search and recruitment organization and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of an international logistics service provider.

He is an honorably discharged veteran of the US Navy, a Certified Diversity Recruiter, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hawaii Pacific University.
