Carlos is one of our leading experts in supporting talent acquisition for operations roles for maquiladora / nearshoring operations in Mexico and has extensive experience leading the talent acquisition initiative for greenfield and brownfield projects in both the US and Mexico.

Carlos is a native of Chicago and is bilingual in English and Spanish and has dual citizenship in both the US and Mexico.  His language and bi-cultural background coupled with his experience interfacing with corporate hiring stakeholders, have him well-equipped for the most challenging of searches.

Carlos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Mexico.
